When your order is processed you will receive email notification with shipment tracking number. All delivery standards begin when you receive this email. If returning right items for a refund: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs. In addition, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments or detained by customs.

Due to the fact that our products are purchased over the Internet, cannot be tested in advance and are bought website unseen, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course we hope that you are happy with your choice.

Items can be returned for refund or exchange with 7 days after the date of receipt. But the reason for the return caused by yourself (eg, size, color you choose), cannot be accepted. Returns can be sent back within 7 days of receipt, all returned goods never been used and in new condition. All returned packages must be insured. As for returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 5% bank handling fee and shipping costs. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping costs. We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packaging. Please send back the goods within 7 days of receipt. All rate of return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days after the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping costs.

Although we provide 100% hassle free return policy, considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.

We will not be responsible for lose if returned package lost during shipment, you need original post office receipt held to demand compensation.
